Koi -Nobori Japanese carp or carp kite tail
Traditionally in Japan boys are associated with the carp that can float against a current with great power. Therefore, the wind flags are hoisted on the Japanese boy at festival (May 5) before the houses. They are designed like wind socks and show next to the parents carp by smaller carp flags, how many boys a family has got.
The large black carp stands for the father, the red for the mother and the blue for the child (the boy). For girls initially no flags were allowed to flutter. Today, for girls, however, green or orange Koinobori hoisted.

Neately trimmed and stitched, high tearing resistance, parachute silk resist the fiercest storms almost without scars. A foot ring with attachment cord and a hanger is included.
